Savor the tart and smoky flavors of barbecue seasoning on crisp popcorn!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a big pot, warm up the olive oil on medium heat
Put in the popcorn kernels and place a lid on it
Shake the pot periodically for three to four minutes, or until the popping slows down
Take off the heat and give it a minute to fully pop
Salt and BBQ seasoning should be added to the popcorn, then tossed to coat evenly
