Matcha Mochi Popsicles



Indulge in the delightful fusion of matcha and mochi with these refreshing popsicles. Creamy and subtly sweet, they offer a unique twist on traditional frozen treats, perfect for cooling down on a warm day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup mochi pieces, chopped into small cubes

Instructions:

Warm the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring every now and then, until the sugar is completely dissolved

Whisk in the matcha powder until everything is smooth after taking it off the heat

Let the mixture cool down a bit

Split the mochi pieces into equal parts and put them in the popsicle molds

Pour the matcha mix over the mochi pieces that are in the molds

Put popsicle sticks in them and freeze them until they are solid, preferably overnight
