Peabody's Mini Hi Top Triple Chocolate Cupcakes



Treat yourself to Peabody's Mini Hi Top Triple Chocolate Cupcakes, which are made with three kinds of chocolate chips that taste divine together. Chocolate lovers will love these mini cupcakes because they are the perfect size for a quick snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a mini muffin tin

Take a bowl and add the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt

Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together

Put the egg, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and buttermilk in a different bowl

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until they are just mixed

It will be smooth after you add the hot water and mix it in

The milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and semisweet chocolate chips should all be carefully mixed in

About two thirds of the way to the top of each cupcake liner, fill it with batter

After the oven is hot, bake it for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
