Healthy Popsicles



These healthy popsicles are a refreshing treat perfect for hot summer days. Made with a blend of mixed berries, Greek yogurt, and a touch of sweetness from honey or maple syrup, they are a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut water or fruit juice

Instructions:

In a blender, combine mixed berries and honey or maple syrup

Blend until smooth

Pour the berry mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold halfway

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and coconut water or fruit juice until well combined

Pour the yogurt mixture on top of the berry mixture in the popsicle molds, filling them to the top

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm

Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
