Flourless Chocolate Muffins



Enjoy a guilt-free treat with these chocolate muffins made without flour. These paleo-friendly chocolate muffins are made without refined flour and with healthy ingredients, making them the ideal choice for a chocolaty snack or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • Coconut oil for greasing muffin tin

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and coat a muffin pan with coconut oil

Ripe bananas, almond butter, cocoa powder, honey, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt should all be combined in a food processor or blender

Blend until smooth batter is achieved by well combining all the ingredients

Fold the dark chocolate chips into the batter if using them

Load the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup to about two thirds of the way

A toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin should come out clean after 20 to 25 minutes of baking in a preheated oven

After taking the muffins out of the oven, allow them to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling
