Ocean Symphony Sushi



Ocean Symphony Sushi is a beautiful dish that tastes like the ocean. Fresh salmon, tuna, and prawn slices are wrapped in seasoned sushi rice and nori seaweed. They are then topped with crisp cucumber and creamy avocado. Every bite is a musical piece of tastes and textures.

Ingredients:

  • 200g sushi rice
  • 4 sheets nori seaweed
  • 100g fresh salmon, thinly sliced
  • 100g tuna, thinly sliced
  • 100g cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Pickled ginger, for serving
  • Wasabi, for serving
  • Soy sauce, for serving

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice, then let it cool

Put a nori sheet on a sushi mat made of bamboo

Cover the nori with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving a small edge at the top

Spread turkey, shrimp, cucumber, avocado, salmon, and tuna slices out on top of the rice

Use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi up tightly, and use a little water to seal the edge

With a sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into small pieces that are easy to eat

Soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi should be served with it
