Detox Smoothie



This detox smoothie is packed with ingredients that can help alleviate detox symptoms on Day 4 of your detox journey. The kale provides essential nutrients, while cucumber and green apple add a refreshing taste. Lemon and ginger offer a cleansing boost, and chia seeds provide fiber for digestive support.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Instructions:

Add kale, cucumber, green apple, lemon juice, and ginger to a blender

Pour in coconut water and blend until smooth

Sprinkle chia seeds on top and blend briefly to mix them in

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
