Mini Sweet Potato Flatbreads



These mini sweet potato flatbreads are a delicious and nutritious Paleo-friendly snack or side dish. They are easy to make and perfect for those following the 21-Day Sugar Detox (21DSD) program.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed sweet potato
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Coconut oil for cooking

Instructions:

Mashed sweet potato and eggs should be thoroughly mixed in a bowl

Incorporate the baking powder, onion powder, sea salt, garlic powder, and coconut flour

Stir to form a dough

Separate the dough into tiny pieces, then form each into a flatbread

In a skillet over medium heat, preheat the coconut oil

The flatbreads should be cooked through and golden brown after 3 to 4 minutes on each side in the skillet
